We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, as per the Distance Selling Regulations we have a 7 day money back guarantee. 

If you have changed your mind about your purchase for any reason and wish to return your rug(s) please follow the returns instructions below.

• All items including any free gifts must be returned at the buyer's own  expense within 7 days of receipt of the item(s).
• The item(s) must be in their original packing and in a saleable condition.
• Items should be clearly marked with your order number and our address.

• The buyer is responsible for all goods until recieved at our warehouse.
  The Seller is not responsible for any damages or losses that occur whilst in the buyers possession and may incur charges to rectify damages.

Please enclose a note stating your order number and reason for return. We reccommend that all items are sent using a recorded delivery service. Buyers are not permitted to bring items in person due to health and saftey and insurance risks, our warehouse is open strictly to employees only. We are unable to collect items from buyers.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutry rights.
